Betty Ann Price

Betty Ann Swann Price, 83, of Dothan, AL, and formerly of Union Point, passed away March 4, 2019.
She was the daughter of the late Henry Thelma Swann, Sr. and Georgette Cofer Swann. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Markert and Patty McReynolds, and a brother, Henry Thelma Swann, Jr. Mrs. Price was a member and attended Macedonia Baptist Church in Greene County.
Mrs. Price is survived by her daughter, Beth (Lynn) Taylor; nieces and nephews, Karen Swann, Jim Markert, and Henry Thelma Swann, III.
A graveside service will be held Friday, March 8, at 2:00 pm at Athens Memory Gardens with Rev. Jacquelyn Johnson officiating. The family will visit at the funeral home from 1:00pm until 1:45pm.
Tommy Thomas, Adrian Benton, Don Silvy, Ronnie Silvy, Jim Markert, and Ken Magnus will serve as pallbearers.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, EAST, Athens, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
