Brian Craig Gabriel

Brian Craig Gabriel, 35, was born January 28, 1981 in Athens, GA. He resided in Oglethorpe County. He passed away on Monday October 31, 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia. A Memorial service will be Sunday November 6, 2016 2:00pm at Lord & Stephens, East Chapel. Brian was preceded in death in 2011 by his mother, Cherie Tardy, also preceded in death by his grandmother, Eunice Marilyn Gabriel in 2011. Brian was a construction worker most of his life & enjoyed working with his hands.
Mr. Gabriel leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Cortney Gabriel, Three sons, Jordan, Hunter & Aiden; father, Willis Craig(Annette); grandfather, William "Billy" Gabriel of Comer, GA; grandmother, Peggy(Gene) Owens of Anderson, SC; uncles, Wendell "Eddie" Gabriel, Wesley(Sandy) Gabriel of Comer, GA, Chris Faulkner of Anderson, SC & Robert(Shana) Bates of Anniston, Alabama. He is also survived by aunts, Michelle(Derrick) Brooks of Anderson, SC, Kim Bates(Derrick) Williamson of Marietta, GA, Melanie(Randy) Allen of Augusta, GA & Jennifer Hobbs of Evans, GA; great aunts, great uncles and cousins. Lord & Stephens, East is in charge of arrangements.
