Mrs. Cassandra Billups Thomas, age 61, of Athens, GA, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
She was the wife of the late George Thomas and daughter of the late Stepney Billups and Mildred Freeman Billups.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her daughter, LaKandra Thomas; son Brandon Thomas; mother, Mildred Billups; siblings: Nellie Watkins, Shirley Pounds, Michael (Angela) Billups, David Billups, Charlene (Ricky) Rhodes, Mary (Rogers) Laguins; special friend Darrell Mathis; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
A viewing for Mrs. Thomas will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 12 - 5 p.m. at Gardenview Funeral Chapel. A private funeral service will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Billups Grove Baptist Church, Winterville, GA. Interment will follow in Athens Memory Gardens.
