Mrs. Edna Humphreys, formerly of Athens, GA passed away on June 27 at the age of
100. Born on May 20, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Hazel Braine and William
Sullivan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred
Humphreys; son, Kevin Humphreys; brother, William Sullivan; brother, Robert Sullivan.
She is survived by a sister, Dorothy DePugh; her children: Bryan Humphreys (Margaret);
Diane Embrick (Leonard); and Karen Kachigan (Kurt); many grandchildren and great
grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on October 5 at 10:30am at Athens
Memory Gardens.
