Susan Garrison Epps

Susan Garrison Epps, age 59 of Winterville, GA passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021.



Born on June 5, 1962 in Athens, GA, Susan was the daughter of the late William “W.H.” and Evelyn Lee Pugh Garrison. She was a manager with Huddle House for years and was a member of Whitehall Baptist Church.



Survivors include her husband, Willie “Ray” Epps, Jr. of the home; sons, Justin (Mindy) Epps, Ila, Josh (Courtney) Epps, Comer; daughters, Dawn (Richie) Dove, Danielsville, Sherry (Bruce) Smith, Colbert; brother, Phil (JoAnne) Garrison, Locust Grove; sisters, Wanda (Andra) Dickens, Watkinsville, Alice Ann (Jerry) Peltier, Lavonia; grandchildren, Bethany, Caitlin, Noah, Coleton, Halee, Luke, Allie, Kason, Grayson, and Charlie; and several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be held 2 PM Friday, Sept. 24, 2021 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Dove officiating. Burial will follow in Athens Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home.
