Thomas "Buddy" Morrison

Thomas “Buddy” Morrison, 87, of Crawford, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018.
Born in Arnoldsville, he was a son of the late Thomas Jewel Morrison and Velma Barnett Morrison. Buddy was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and he retired from the University of Georgia after working in the sheet metal department for over twenty years. He enjoyed gardening and he loved his cats. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Ivester Morrison.
Survivors include his brother, James “JC” Morrison and niece, Mary Bennett.
Funeral services will be Monday, October 1, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Lord and Stephens, East. Interment will follow at Athens Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 pm.
Lord and Stephens, East is in charge of arrangements.
